Customized Logo 25mm NFC Sticker (NTAG213 / NTAG216) — On-Mobile Tap Sticker for Social Links, Reviews, Wi-Fi & Promotions
Product Overview
The 25mm Customized Logo NFC Sticker is a compact, brandable 13.56 MHz smart label designed to live on phones, cases, menus, counters, packaging and displays. Built on NTAG213 or NTAG216 chips (ISO/IEC 14443-A, NDEF), it enables one-tap actions such as opening social profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), launching WhatsApp chat, collecting Google reviews, sharing Wi-Fi credentials, starting app deep links, or loading campaign landing pages—no app required on modern iOS/Android.
Each sticker features full-color CMYK artwork under a durable laminate or epoxy dome, paired with phone-grade adhesive for reliable bonding to smooth surfaces. Choose NTAG213 for lightweight payloads (single URL, review link, vCard), or NTAG216 for rich content (multi-record NDEF, long vCards, Wi-Fi + URL + coupon). For metal surfaces or MagSafe rings,
An anti-metal ferrite backing is available to maintain read performance.
Compared with QR codes, NFC reduces friction in dim lighting and crowded venues and avoids camera permission steps. Compared with printed URLs, NFC is editable (via dynamic link services), trackable, and can be serialized for staff/venue attribution and A/B tests. From cafés and salons to trade shows and creator meet-ups, the 25mm footprint balances visibility, usability, and aesthetics.

Events & Trade Shows (Badge / Welcome Kit / Booth)
- Embed on staff badges to share catalogs, schedules and app installs.
- Drive sponsor CTRs: one-tap to campaign landing, gated content or prize draws.
- Logistics-friendly: pre-encode and ship by booth, zone, or show day.
Retail & Pop-Up Promotions (Shelf Talker / Window / Packaging)
- Tap to claim coupon, see lookbook, check stock, or add to wishlist.
- On packaging: launch how-to videos, warranty registration, or AR try-ons.
- Use serialized IDs to measure store-level engagement and A/B creative.
Hospitality & Tourism (Front Desk / Room / Signage)
- Tap for check-in info, city maps, concierge WhatsApp, or room service menu.
- In-room use: wifi + amenities + feedback in one multi-record tag (NTAG216).
- Outdoor signage: weather-resistant lamination and strong adhesive recommended.
Service & After-Sales (Equipment / Card / Welcome Pack)
- “Tap for support” linking to manuals, ticket forms or chatbots.
- Technician cards with personal vCard + booking link to reduce no-shows.
- Serialized tags tie taps to asset IDs for lifecycle analytics.
Production Process
- Requirements & Template — Confirm 25 mm round size, artwork bleed (3 mm), finish (matte/gloss/epoxy), adhesive grade, and whether anti-metal is needed.
- Chip Selection — Choose NTAG213 for single-link/light payloads or NTAG216 for multi-record content; define lock policy and password if required.
- Artwork Preparation — Submit CMYK vector/PDF (300 dpi), specify logo clear-space, serial/QR location, and any microtext/anti-copy elements.
- Printing & Color Proof — Digital/offset print with color proof approval; optional white under-print for vivid colors on tinted substrates.
- Laminate / Epoxy — Apply protective laminate or dome epoxy; cure to achieve optical clarity and abrasion resistance suited for daily carry.
- Inlay Lamination — Bond printed face with NFC inlay and adhesive liner; integrate ferrite for anti-metal versions.
- Die-Cut & Sheet/Roll — Precision cut to 25 mm; supplied in sheets or rolls for fast deployment; add notch/arrow for placement orientation.
- Encoding & QA — Program NDEF (URLs, vCard, Wi-Fi, app links), capture UID/serial to CSV, 100% read-verify, apply lock/keys where specified.
- Packing & Kitting — OPP or carded packs with instruction cards; kit by venue/store/staff as requested; barcoded cartons for receiving.
- Logistics & Handover — Provide spec sheet, encoding logs, and placement best-practices; ship by air/express with HS code labeling.
Tip: For phones with metal cases or magnetic rings, choose the anti-metal version or place the sticker away from coils to maintain read distance.

FAQ
Do customers need an app to scan the NFC sticker?
No. Modern iPhones and most Android phones read NDEF records natively. Tapping opens the programmed action (URL, app link, etc.).
How do I choose between NTAG213 and NTAG216?
Use NTAG213 for a single URL or short vCard. Choose NTAG216 if you need multiple records (e.g., review link + Wi-Fi + coupon) or longer text.
Will it work on metal phone cases or near MagSafe rings?
Metal can detune HF performance. Select the anti-metal version (with ferrite layer) or place the sticker away from coils for better reads.
Can you pre-encode and lock the stickers?
Yes. We bulk-encode NDEF, capture UID/serials to CSV, and can lock memory and set passwords per your policy.
Can I change the link later?
If you use a dynamic short link, you can update the destination without changing the physical sticker. Static NDEF links can be rewritten until locked.
What’s the best placement for on-phone use?
Flat areas away from camera bumps and magnetic rings. Clean the surface, apply firm pressure from center outward, allow adhesive to cure.
Is the epoxy version necessary?
Epoxy adds a premium look and strong abrasion resistance. For ultra-low profile or bulk deployments, a laminate finish may be more cost-effective.
Do you provide test reports and samples?
Samples are available. We can share basic compliance statements and, for epoxy versions, resin safety reports. Read tests are included in QA logs.
